To meet the needs of our clients, Michael W. Rose, CPA, PC was established as a Houston CPA firm to provide accounting, tax, and business advisor services to corporations, small businesses and individuals throughout the Houston area. Recognizing that each client has unique goals, we tailor our services to meet your specific needs. To better meet the needs of our clients, we have individualized services for clients in industries like Medical/Dental Accounting, Law Firm Accounting, professional services and various consumer services. These individualized services have enabled us to address their industry specific challenges, compliance needs and standard tax practices.
Michael W. Rose, CPA
Michael W. Rose has extensive experience in tax services, auditing and financial consulting, including trust and business planning, business evaluation, and management services. His experience includes a broad range of industries emphasizing in real estate, oil and gas, wholesale distributors, banking, software development, and manufacturing brokerage. Mr. Rose has provided extensive tax and accounting services for estates and trusts. Michael W. Rose graduated in August 1987 with a 3.2 grade point average in accounting from Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration Accounting.
During his education he served as Freshman and Sophomore Class President and made the National Dean's List. . He began his career with Exxon and has worked with companies such as IBM, First Seismic, Nursing Home Services, Chase, MidCon, KN Energy and Duke Energy Marketing. After several years of industry accounting experience ranging from manufacturing, trust, general, tax, healthcare, and oil & gas, he went into practice full-time.
Michael W. Rose holds a Certified Public Accountant certificate. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is NASD licensed in Series 6 and 63. Michael also holds a group 1 license which allows him to sell life and health insurance. He is aware that the need for retirement planning is becoming so great that to meet this demand, he is studying to become a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). This will enable him to be able to help the Baby Boomers who are going to need these additional services.
To broaden his financial background, he has insurance license and securities license. His primary focus is to help you protect, save and accumulate wealth. Michael has worked with the State of Texas as a contract auditor. He has been awarded a joint contract with a major auditing firm to conduct the financial audit for the city of Missouri City, Texas.
His interests include community and professional events along with family activities. |
